Service Support Specialist
Overview:
As a Payment Processing Representative, you will be responsible for processing payments for government/municipality customers and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls promptly and process payments accurately while providing stellar service.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Bilingual – Spanish Preferred but not necessary.
Compensation:
$16/hr (W2/Non-Exempt)
Work Schedule days/times:
- 2 schedules for - Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
- 3 schedules for - Mon – Fri, 8:30AM – 5:00PM
